I-play, the mobile publishing division of Oberon Media, the world’s leading multi-platform casual games company, today announced a North American licensing agreement with Endemol USA, the world’s largest independent production company and market leader in interactive entertainment with global hit franchises such as Deal or No Deal, Big Brother and 1 vs. 100, to develop, publish and distribute a mobile game based on NBC’s hit game show, Deal or No Deal.
I-play Enters Mobile Licensing Agreement with Endemol USA
The agreement will aim to capture the heart-pounding tension of the wildly popular game show through true-to-life game play and interactivity. Reflecting elements from the hit show, players will be challenged to choose a briefcase that contains a random monetary amount between $0.01 and $1 million. During each round, players must either stay with their original briefcase or make a deal or no deal by either accepting the banker’s offer or testing their luck by opening remaining cases. Once a player decides to accept or decline the bank's offer, the game is over.
